Due to growth, Innovative Software Engineering (ISE), an established software services company located in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids, IA area, is currently seeking an energetic and dynamic individual who shares our passion for delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative and creative work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will have overall accountability for ISE's people strategies. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Define sourcing strategies and onboarding processes to keep pace with business growth
- HR Policy and Compliance
- Develop HR policies that are appropriate for ISE's culture and business model, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Compensation and Benefits
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs
Qualifications and Desired Experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management or related field |

5 years or more experience in an HR professional role |
| |
|
Experience with Microsoft Office or similar products/tools |

|
Experience in recruiting desired |

PHR certification desired |
