This position, as part of the Client Services team, strategically maintains and develops relationships with customers.  The Account Manager represents the entire range of the company products and services to assigned customers, while leading and being responsible for the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

  • Proactively and regularly assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs

  • Help on-board new clients and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, customer relationships

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Prioritizes the product backlog items and coordinates with stakeholders including the Product Manager, the market, executives, and the team to deliver maximum value and quality to the market
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in the relevant product domains
  • Develops an understanding of the target market and user base; Uses this to guide product decisions
  • Develops epics and user stories for all new functionality, presents user stories to product teams, and ensures new functionality meets the acceptance criteria
  • Partners with stakeholders to help define Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that delivers incremental value; Ensures MVP aligns with product vision and companies strategic goals.
  • Works with Scrum team, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and other Product Owners to do release planning
  • Works with other Product Owners to ensure dependencies are prioritized appropriately across teams

Position Purpose:
The Cloud Practice Lead is directly responsible for the business growth and development of the Cloud Practice. This includes both AWS and Azure Cloud based solutions.

Innovative Software Engineering, LLC (“ISE”) is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Senior Software Engineer in our Coralville, IA office.  Position is responsible for creating information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Software system design and architecture incorporating technologies such as C++, JAVA, C# and .NET
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, work processes, investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clean code
  • Prepare and install solution by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures
  • Guide the development and design tasks of team members and provide comprehensive code review feedback
  • Interface with customers on describing design, architecture and detailed technical analysis and manage customer relationships by facilitating dialogue, formulating and driving business development and managing expectations and deliverables.

Required Education/Experience:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Five years of post-graduate, progressive experience in Software Engineering or Software Development
  • Must possess demonstrated understanding of programming concepts, practices and procedures and object-oriented concepts, as well as demonstrated ability with C, C++, C#, JAVA, communications systems, web services architecture and/or system level requirements capture
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage design patterns as a developer
